We ASSUME POSITIVE INTENT when we:
Listen generously and communicate effectively. Effective communication is the key to understanding intention, so we must commit ourselves to staying engaged, being open-minded, and asking questions when we need clarification.
Celebrate differences and have an open mind. To be a successful and trusting team, we must assume everyone else in the office is working towards the same goal of providing high quality care to our patients. Each of our unique perspectives lend value towards our goal of being the Provider, Practice, and Employer of Choice.
Collaborate to find the best solutions. We’re all in this together. When we Think Team First and are welcoming of collaboration, we are able to more effectively work towards positive, long-lasting solutions and outcomes that are best suited to our practice.
