Jillian's kindness and commitment to our patients was once again on full display when she went out to assist a very frail and weak patient—personally wheeling her from her car to the lab. She ensured the labs were handled quickly and stayed with the patient out of genuine concern, providing reassurance every step of the way. Her compassion left both the patient and her spouse deeply appreciative of the excellent care and kindness they received.

Shauna's How Can I Help? spirit shines brightly through her constant willingness to support both patients and teammates. Recently, she took the reins on the MFM University MA training sessions, assisted an MA in caring for an elderly gentleman who needed extra attention, completed training to lead next year's BLS courses at MFM Health, and stepped in to provide coverage whenever needed—all with compassion, professionalism, and teamwork at the core.
