Phase 1 of our move went very smoothly! 🎉 A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. We appreciate your teamwork and dedication! Now, here’s a quick look at the next phase. More details will follow as we get closer.

Primary Care Move – March 24th

✅ Move Weekend: March 22nd-24th

• Primary Care is relocating and will officially open in the new space on Monday, March 24th.

• The office will close at 12 PM on Friday, March 22nd, and all staff should plan to help with packing on Friday and unpacking over the weekend to ensure a smooth transition for both our team and our patients.

✅ Lab Draws

• Now through Sunday, 3/23: All lab draws remain in Middleton.

• Starting Monday, 3/24: 

  • Weekdays: Danvers 

  • Weekends: Middleton

✅ X-Ray will remain in Middleton for the foreseeable future.

✅ Drive-Through Testing

• Drive-through testing will continue in Middleton, providing a convenient option for patients to access POC testing after telehealth appointments and vaccinations.

✅ Weekend Appointments for Primary Care will remain in Middleton long-term.

✅ MFM Express Care – Target Opening in September in Middleton!

• Middleton will become the new home for expanded Urgent Care and SDS appointments under MFM Express Care.
